Christine is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at TruGreen. She is a strategic HR executive who partners with the senior leadership team and HR leaders to align talent and people strategies with business goals and desired outcomes.  

With over 28 years of experience in HR, she has a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions that enhance the performance, development, engagement, and retention of talent across multiple industries. Christine has held global roles of increasing responsibility, with a unique combination of experience as an HR Strategic Business Partner and Talent Management Center of Excellence leader. 

In her most recent role as VP of Talent & Leadership Development at Tractor Supply Company, she led the strategic direction, creation & execution of strategic talent systems to enable value creation through data driven human capital management across 52,000 team members and 2,200 stores during a time of unprecedented change, growth and transformation of the company. This has led to decreased turnover across the company, increased internal promotion rates and improvement in the depth of succession plans.
